Thoughtful Thursday

Good morning! After three days of more rain than sunshine, the sun has finally decided to return. Today is a bright morning indeed!

I picked fall colors for my Thoughtful Thursday card: Dusty Durango is one of the new In Colors and goes really well with my old time favorite Chocolate Chip.

I used my Big Shot and the Top Note die to cut the card stock. The flowers are from the Upsy Daisy stamp set and I stamped them in Chocolate Chip. The cross (stamped in Dusty Durango) and quote (stamped in Chocolate Chip) are from the set Refuge and Strength.

I decided to frame the card dark and to do that I ran my Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write marker along the outside of the card.

The greeting is a scripture quote from Psalm 46:1,2 and reads

"God is our refuge

and strength,

therefore we will

not fear."
