Island Floral Bigz Die

Hello, my fabulous Stamping Friends, Today I've been enjoying some quiet time to myself in my stamping corner and I have done hardly any stamping! I have been dying to play with my new Island Floral Big Shot Die and while I knew this die would be great with paper, it is amazing with fleece.
This summer, it seems to be really popular to have flowers on everything: hats, scarves, T-shirts, key chains, bags, etc. So this morning, I set out to recreate some of the flowers I’ve seen in the stores and here they are.
The pink and yellow layered flower is really cute and will most likely go on my jean jacket. The two flowers in the front, however, are my favorite. I made several more of them and added them everywhere.
Here it is on a hair piece for Victoria:
Of course, Courtney did not want to be left out, so she got her own hair piece of choice:
Here is the yellow flower again from the top picture. This time it is adorning my Idea Book & Catalog basket.
This simple die really makes some of the most amazing flowers in both paper and fabric. My next blog post will cover the detailed instructions for these 3D flowers but you can also sign up for my Big Shot class on July 26 where you'll be making two of them with me.
