Thank You Cards

The party is over and slowly, I am getting used to the fact that my baby is 8 years old. Yesterday, we were reading up on car seat rules and in Kansas, 8 is the age cut off for the booster seat requirement. Wow, at least for Courtney, the car seat adventure is over. I don't even want to think about how many seats she has had.
The birthday party was a big success and now it is time to write thank you cards. I organize all my paper scraps in three drawers by color family/group (one for Rich Regals, one for Bold Brights, and the last one for all others) and with the arrival of the new In Colors (which I am completely hooked on), I will have to get a new drawer for those scraps. My Rich Regal drawer is about to overflow, so I looked through it and found that I had tons of Handsome Hunter and in the "other" drawer I had just as much but smaller pieces of Apricot Appeal. And that's how these cards came together. The flower stamp set is retired but looking through the new Idea Book, this card would also work very well with the "Greenhouse Garden" set (I love two step stamping) or with these colors many of the Christmas sets would look great too. The "thank you" stamp is from the "Short & Sweet" set.
Don't have too much fun without me. Tanja
