Tanja’s Tip:
When we handle the stamp set pieces and the block, the oils from our skin build up on the pieces and the blocks over time and that reduces the stickiness so that they first only come off during cleaning and finally they do not want to stick to the block at all.
I like to breathe on the label side of my stamp set piece before “sticking” it onto the clear block because the moisture helps it stick to the block. When that doesn’t work anymore, it is time to clean your stamp set piece AND your block and that is very easy. Some people use dish soap but I use rubbing alcohol and that does the trick for me every time. Dab some rubbing alcohol on a piece of paper towel (or cotton ball) and clean both the label side of the stamp set pieces and your block with it. Once clean, they stick as well as they did when you first got your brand new stamp set.
